I’ve explain in detail how you can be more happy by working in yourself and doing things that completes you. Now, I’m going to give you a list on how you can be happy in really easy steps.
1. Smile – Even if you don’t want to, smile. Your brain will be trick and you will start smiling from the heart.
2. If something makes you happy, do it. If it doesn’t, then don’t.
3. If you are sad, dance.
4. Live on the present. Nothing you can do about the past or future where things are happening now.
5. If you really want to be happy, then be. It’s a choice.
6. “Don’t worry, be happy”. Stop worrying for things you can’t change.
7. Focus on the things that makes you a better person.
8. Be with who makes you smile.
9. Do things in life because you want to. Because it’s fun. Because it makes you happy.
10. Always speak the truth even if your voice shakes. There’s nothing better than a healthy conscience.
11. Stop looking at the imperfections because nothing is perfect.
12. We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing & appreciating what we do have.
13. Make changes, not excuses.
14. Be motivated, not manipulated.
15. Choose self-esteem, not self pity.
16. Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions.
17. Stop worrying about finding yourself, because is all about creating yourself.
18. If you see someone without a smile today, let them borrow yours. Making others happy, brings more happiness to you.
19. Have faith. Keep Trying. Keep it simple. Stop expecting. Laugh at your problems. Take risks. Stay as youthful as a kid.
20.. And say this to yourself: “Today I will be happier than a bird with a french fry.”
