One of the greatest attacks of the enemy called “busy” is to make you hurried, to make you noisy, to make you distracted with so much noise and activity that there is no room for being alone with your thoughts. There is no room for silence. There is no room for meditation.
Here are some tips to make you less busy
- Take time to sit alone with a cup of coffee/tea
- Focus on priorities
- Cut your task list in half
- Say no and close doors
- Agree to what make sense
- Listen, dance and sing your favorite songs
- Cherish your own ones – how lucky you are!
- Eat food consciously
- Cut social media in half
- Care for what’s important and not what others think of you
- Enjoy nature (look at the sky, the sun, the starts, the clouds)
- Meditate
