A very easy way to deal with stress is to think good, positive thoughts, and if we can spend time doing things that bring us joy and a sense of peace, we may be able to calm our anxious minds and handle the daily stressors that come our way.

Kava-reduces anxiety and relaxes muscles. 10-15 drops up to 5 times a day of quality tincture.

Lemon Balm- calms nervous system. Do a tea.

Skullcap-reduces oversensitivity to light, noise, and touch, and is useful for people who have tossing, turning, restless insomnia. Tea or tincture.
